Warm Bacon Ranch Cheese Dip

A Creamy Blend Of Cheddar, Mozzarella, And Cream Cheese Combined With Mouth-watering Ranch Seasoning, Crispy Bacon, And Fresh Green Onions. This Is Truly A Dip That No One Can Resist.

INGREDIENTS:

16 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 cup sour cream
1 oz. Packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
8 Strips Bacon (Cooked and crumbled)
2 teaspoons dried oregano
¼ cup green onions (diced- to garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before beginning so that the dip has a creamy consistency without any lumps. Combine the cream cheese with all other ingredients, leaving the green onions aside for garnishing.
Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
Remove the dip from the oven, garnish with green onions, and serve!

Made this dip on christmas eve. The only thing i would do would be to try low sodium bacon next time. I could taste the blue cheese but it wasn’t overpowering at all.
