You have no idea how much i love a good stir fry. You’ll love the addictive sweet and savory peanut sauce. Add cooked ramen noodles to skillet and pour over sauce. It’s skillet night and that means dinner’s ready in minutes. This ramen stir fry doctors up packaged ramen noodles with a rainbow of fresh vegetables and an easy stir fry sauce made from pantry staples. Beef ramen noodle recipe is a quick stir fry using ramen noodles, beef, and vegetables, with a savory stir fry sauce. (we like ours crisp so you may want to cook longer). The only difference between the sauce and the marinade for this recipe is a little bit of cornstarch.

How to make ground beef ramen noodle stir fry. Using a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and season with salt and pepper. It uses ramen noodles as the base for the stir fry. Now i have a way to use those extra ramen noodles. This version has more veggies and flavor. Only changed two tiny things, but did rest the same. This just happened to be one of those throw together meals that turned out to be delicious. I made this dish as simple and fast as possible.

Beef Ramen Noodle Stir Fry

Beef Ramen Noodle Recipe Is A Quick Stir Fry Using Ramen Noodles, Beef, And Vegetables, With A Savory Stir Fry Sauce.  Make This Beef Noodle Stir Fry For A Quick And Easy Dinner Tonight!.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 pound top sirloin steak (sliced thinly against the grain)
  • 8 ounces ramen noodles (cooked and drained)
  • 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 carrots (shredded)
  • 8 ounces baby bok choy (roughly chopped, white and green parts separated)
  • 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
  • sliced green onion (for garnish, optional)
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce (use tamari for gluten free)
  • 4-6 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2-3 teaspoons chili garlic sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce, set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium high heat. When hot, add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through. This may need to be done in two batches to avoid crowding the pan. Remove beef from pan and drain off any excess liquid, wipe or rinse pan if needed.
  3. Return pan to heat and allow any excess moisture to evaporate. Add remaining tablespoon of oil to pan. 
  4. When hot, add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring as needed, until onion is starting to soften.
  5. Add bell pepper, mushrooms and white parts of bok choy and cook for another 3-4 minutes. 
  6. Add carrots and green parts of bok choy, cook for another 2 minutes
  7. When vegetables are crisp tender, add the beef and noodles to the pan.  Pour in the sauce, stirring to mix and coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened.
  9. Remove from heat. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired and serve.
