Fantastic Flavours is a consulting company to the flavour and food industry. I have more that 40 years experience as a flavourist and was technical manager for a leading flavour company in Australia for 13 years. I started my working life in the UK and worked there for three international flavour companies. On moving to Australia I worked for local and international companies. Far from knowing everything about flavours I feel I am still learning. Something unexpected and new seems to happen every day.
